FAIR GO POLICY APPLIES 

Device credit: if you choose not to take a device upfront, you are eligible to receive a device credit (through the Optus Business Fund). This can be applied to purchase mobile phones, tablets, modems and accessories listed in the Optus e-fulfillment price list as amended by us from time to time (subject to availability). The list is available to you upon request at any time throughout your contract term. The value of the device credit will be the amount set out in your application form and is not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred or used for any other purposes (such as paying for service charges, monthly bills or cancellation fees). If your account is cancelled for any reason, any unused credit will be forfeited.

Optus Business Fund cancellation: the maximum cancellation fee for the plan will reduce each month of your contract term (excluding any cancellation fees if you have also chosen to pay off a mobile internet device). If your account is closed for any reason, any unused device credit will be forfeited.

International call and text inclusions: 35 selected destinations from Australia. International roaming inclusions: plans that have international roaming included will give you unlimited standard national and international talk, text (excludes MMS) and a certain amount of data to use per month in zone 1 destinations (subject to change). See list of zone 1 destinations. You'll receive a usage alert at 50%, 85% and 100% of your included roaming data allowance by text or email. If you exceed your included roaming data allowance, and don't have Optus Roaming Pass active, standard international roaming rates apply for the destination you are in. International roaming data doesn't data share. You can't use your plan's other call, text and data if you are overseas. If you are not in a zone 1 destination standard international roaming rates apply. Significantly higher charges may apply.

Optus Business $5 Roaming Pass: is automatically activated and available on eligible Business mobile plans and MBB plans in Zone 1 destinations. You'll be automatically charged on your next monthly bill upon first usage in an eligible destination. Usage alerts are sent at 50% / 85% / 100% of your data inclusions. Pass includes unlimited standard national talk and text in a Zone 1 destination or to Australia (standard national talk is not available with MBB plans) and 5GB data. Pass expires once inclusions are used or once the pass 24 hour duration has ended (whichever is first). If you continue to roam in eligible destinations, we'll automatically add a further pass to your service, and you will be charged for the further pass. Unused data expires. Calls to premium numbers may not be available overseas and may incur additional charges. Calls to satellite numbers, operator assisted calls, and video calls (excluding apps which use data), calls in non-eligible destinations and calls on planes and ships won't trigger a pass and will be charged at standard roaming rates. MMS charges (excluding data) will be charged as per your plan.

Data share: if you have more than one plan that shares data on the same billing account, the included monthly data allowance will combine into one data share, which will be shared by all eligible services on that account. This data can also be shared with any existing share data plan. Any unused data in the data share expires at the end of each billing month.

Additional data: once you have reached the monthly included data allowance of your plan, your data speed will be slowed to a maximum of 1.5Mbps until the start of your next billing cycle, unless you buy extra data. If you use more than 150GB on a single billing account in a billing period, we may continue to charge you at the same rates or restrict your data use until next billing period.

Usage alerts: Usage alerts are typically real-time but delays of up to 48 hours may be experienced. You will receive alerts in Australia and while roaming overseas via SMS. However, you can change your preferred method of receiving usage alerts and service notifications anytime by visiting My Account. To learn more about usage alerts, go to optus.com.au/alerts.

My Account: services that share data may have a service login to My Account which will display all service numbers contributing to or using the data share on the account, and the amount each service has used.
