We take our compliance standards seriously. Every year, our senior leaders and people must complete mandatory compliance modules such as fraud awareness and fraud risk indicators, information security, equal opportunity employment and conflict of interest declaration.

Whistleblower policy
We set these out in our Code of Conduct, which provides clear direction on how we expect our people to act and conduct themselves, and by providing ways to report suspected misconduct, including through our whistleblower process.
