Express shipping is free for all products and services purchased on optus.com.au.

• Your delivery timings will be dependent on several factors, such as stock availability and delivery location. Our standard delivery timeframes are:
  • Metropolitan deliveries: Usually 1-5 days 
  • Regional deliveries: Usually 3-5 business days in most regional areas
• Tracking updates are sent to the mobile number and email address provided during the order.
• You need to show proof of ID and sign for your accessory when it’s delivered. An alternative signatory isn't available for the accessory or any items from the same order.

You'll receive a notification from Optus via SMS and email when the device has shipped.

For accessories sales, you must have a valid VISA or Mastercard to pay for the accessory.

You'll be emailed a tax invoice and order confirmation for your accessory purchase once payment is made.

If you're an existing Optus customer, you need to make the accessory payment separately. Existing payment methods set up on your account can't be used. We will also provide the tax invoice and order confirmation to the email address you provide during the order, if this differs from your Optus account email.

Your order will not be submitted if your payment fails. Please check you have enough funds on your card and try again.

If you purchased an accessory with Optus after 3rd March 2025, our Optus support team will help you with any delivery issues. Call us on 133 937 or message us via My Optus app or My Account.

Prior to 3rd March 2025, our accessory orders were fulfilled by Likewise. If your accessory was purchased before 3 March, please refer to the Likewize team for all support enquiries by contacting optus.accessories@likewize.com or 1300 773 777.
