iPad Pro (M4) video - descriptive transcript

Against a black background, light reveals the round edges of an iPad Pro. Two space black iPad Pro devices appear. Three camera lenses on one iPad Pro are illuminated. The second stands in profile, displaying its volume buttons. The iPad Pro devices turn. One iPad Pro screen displays wallpaper of art featuring oblong shapes outlined in iridescent neochrome, stacked atop one another.  

Titles: Unbelievably thin and light.

An iPad Pro tilts backward, revealing a slim profile and buttons. 

Titles: Ultra Retina XDR. Breakthrough OLED display. 

A user uses an Apple Pencil Pro with an iPad Pro, and abstract shapes on the screen brighten. Now, white text appears on a black background. 

Titles: Extreme brightness and contrast.

The white text fades to grey, then reappears as black text against a white background. Now, an Apple Pencil Pro user uses their middle finger and thumb to rotate an image on an iPad Pro. Now, a silver iPad Pro and a larger space black iPad Pro turn in place. 

Titles: 11’'. 13’'. First-ever M4 chip.

The glass lifts off the top of an iPad Pro to reveal the inner hardware. A blue light emanates from a chip at the centre of the hardware. The chip displays an Apple logo and reads, “M4.”

Titles: Outrageous performance. 

In Final Cut Pro, footage of a drummer in a reflective outfit is scrubbed through. An animation plays of a red-haired character standing among red blossoms. Now, a montage of apps on iPad Pro plays.

Titles: Game-changing graphics. 

In "Assassin's Creed Mirage,” a character stands on a sand dune and faces a setting sun.

Titles: Meet Apple Pencil Pro. Engineered for limitless creativity. 

The user holds an Apple Pencil Pro above the display of an iPad Pro. 

Titles: Squeeze 

The user squeezes the device, and the tool palette — a semicircle array of tools — appears onscreen. 

Titles: Barrel roll.

Now, the user draws with the Apple Pencil Pro. A sweep of purple lines appears below the tip. 

Titles: Haptic feedback.

The user squeezes the Apple Pencil Pro. Tiny blue dots along the length of the Apple Pencil Pro pulse in response. 

Titles: Redesigned Magic Keyboard. 

The iPad Pro attaches to a Magic Keyboard. 

Titles: Machined aluminium and haptic trackpad.

The user presses down on the trackpad with their index finger, and a grid of blue dots pulses back.
