Delivery tips

Listed below are some tips to keep in mind:

• • We’ll send you a text & email so you know how your order is progressing
  • Most deliveries can be tracked online
  • Missed deliveries will be taken to your local Australia Post Office for collection
  • Only the account holder or alternate signatory (if eligible) can sign for or pick up a delivery. Photo ID will be needed
    
    

Accepted forms of ID are:

• • Australian Driver's License
  • Australian Passport
  • Overseas Passport (in English)
  • State / Territory-based Proof of Age card
    
    

Don’t forget to return your old handset if you utilised the New Phone Trade Up option to get your new phone.
