How to reset your Fetch parental control PIN

The default Parental Control PIN is 0000. This is your security PIN to buy content, change your channel subscriptions and set parental controls. We recommend you change it immediately after activating your service.

If you have forgotten your PIN, contact us to reset it.

To change your Parental Control PIN, use your Fetch remote to go to Menu > Manage > Settings > Parental Controls > Parental PIN Change. You will need to enter your current PIN before creating a new one.
