To download an itemised bill:

1. Log in to My Account
2. Click Bills & payments
3. Select the BILL HISTORY tab
4. Click Download PDF

Use the online form to request:

• SMS itemisation (without messaging content) for Postpaid & Prepaid Mobile Phone
• Call itemisation for 13 / 1300 calls for Fixed phone
• Call itemisation for all calls for Prepaid Mobile Phone
  
  

The form requires the following details to be entered:

• First name
• Last name
• Email address
• Date of birth
