Your service must not have international restrictions active to connect successfully from Australia. If calling from an ovesreas destination you must have international roaming active. To remove international restrictions, please contact us.
- Press + (on most mobile phones the + symbol is located on the * or 0 button)
- Enter the country code
- Enter the area code then phone number (remove the first 0 if the area code starts with 0)
Examples
- To call the Australian landline number: 03 9XXX XXXX you'd dial: + 61 3 9XXX XXXX from an overseas destination
- To call/SMS the mobile number: 0421 0XX XXX you'd dial: + 61 421 0XX XXX from an overseas destination

Having trouble?
In some overseas destinations a successful connection requires that your phone number is shown to the receiver. If your phone number is preset not to show, then dial 1832 before + in the steps above. For more info on showing or hiding your number, see this article.
