You can use My Account and My Optus app to manage your Optus account including viewing and paying your bills, checking your usage, changing your account settings, and to message us.

In order to use My Account or My Optus app, you need to register first.

1. The email address you provided when you signed up
2. Your date of birth
   
   

1. Go to optus.com.au/registration
2. Fill in your email address and date of birth and click Next
   
   
   
3. Follow the prompts
   

Once you've registered, use your log in email and password to log into My Account online or log into the My Optus app.

1. Download the My Optus app on your mobile or tablet
2. Open the app
3. Click Get Started
   
4. Click Log in or register > Follow the prompts
   
   

Note: If you enter your mobile number and click Continue, you'll need to log in later to gain full access to the app. Follow the instructions here to log into the My Optus app.
