Managing your automatic payments

In this article, we'll discuss your automatic payments for your Automatic Payment plan.

With these plans, you'll have to set up automatic payments so that your plan payments are automatically paid from your account on a recurring basis (usually monthly). Each payment will occur at the start of your payment cycle and you can choose to have these paid using a credit, debit or charge card.

Manual payments can be made any time before your automatic payment is due using our Pay Online page.

With manual payments made through Pay Online, you can pay the full amount or make a partial payment. Any remaining balance will be charged on your payment cycle due date.

Other manual payment options, such as BPAY payments directly from a bank account, aren't available on these Automatic Payment plans.

Note: While automatic payments can't be set from a bank account using a BSB and account number, most bank accounts have an associated debit card that can be used.
