Set up, change or cancel direct debit

You can pay your Optus bill automatically using direct debit.

In this article we'll explain how to set up, change or cancel direct debit for accounts which receive a monthly bill.

If you are on one of our automatic payment plans which take a monthly payment direct from a credit or debit card, learn more here at Managing your automatic payments.

Direct debit is a payment automatically deducted from your bank account or credit / debit card. You can set up direct debit to pay your Optus bill each month.

There are no fees for using automatic payments to pay your Optus bill.
