How to view your Optus bill

Want to view your current Optus bill? Find your bill's balance, due date and other details by following the instructions in this article.

You can also download and print Optus bills for up to 7 years.

Important: If you're on an Automatic Payment plan, you won't receive a monthly bill. Instead, you'll have a set monthly payment that is automatically paid at the start of your payment cycle. To view your payment history (tax invoice), see Your tax invoice explained.

 

To view your current bill in My Optus app:

    1. Open My Optus app
    2. If you're not already logged in, click the icon in the top left corner and enter your My Account log in email and password
      From here you can also select the account you wish to view the bill for by tapping the phone icon in the top right
    3. Click the Billing tab
    4. Click View Bill
    5. You can view and download a PDF of your last 3 bills. If you're looking for older bills, follow the steps under My Account to access up to 7 years of bills

To view and download PDF bills from My Account, follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to My Account
  2. Select the account you wish to view the bill for
  3. Select Bills & payments
  4. You can download your bills from the last 7 years

If you're trying to view your bills via the My Optus app, make sure you've logged into the app using your My Account log in email and password.

If you've only just registered for My Account, your bills and billing history may take up to 48 hours to appear in My Account or the My Optus app.

You can also check to ensure you have the required software on your device. Your bills are presented in a PDF format, so you'll need the following:

  • Windows PC: Adobe PDF Reader
  • Mac OS-X: Mac version of Adobe Reader
